Bio
I’m Karla García — a Chilean-Canadian guitarist and composer based in Toronto, originally from the island of Chiloé, Chile. My music lives at the intersection of classical tradition and Latin American roots, shaped by years of study, performance across two continents, and a deep love for the expressive power of the guitar.
Whether I’m performing on stage, recording in the studio, or teaching, music for me is always about connection — to a place, a memory, a feeling.
I offer in- person guitar lessons in Toronto and online worlwide, and I’m available for live performances at concerts and special events.
